Refunds

Where is my refund?

If you haven't received a refund yet, contact us at support@kkleos.com. We will fix the issues as quickly as possible from our end.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank- there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.

Returns

How long do I have to request a return?

We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

 KKLEOS will not grant a refund or replace a product in case of:

  • Wrong Address- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Unclaimed- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the warehouse, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
  • Buyer's Remorse- We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
  • Product is created, but not yet shipped- In case, you wish to cancel the order while it is still in the status "Accepted", but the product has already been prepared by the fulfillment team, we will not be able to cancel and refund the order.
    *With that being said, our business hours are 8am-6pm EST(eastern standard time). If you order outside of those hours and try to cancel within the 2 hours and we can not get to it, we can not cancel your order and the order will be processed and fufilled.

How do I start a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kkleos.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and having the return request approved will not be accepted.

Something isn't correct with my order. What do I do?

In the rare event that you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem.

We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund.

If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days.

If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Order Processing:

-Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

-Orders containing more than 7 items may take 3-10 business days for fulfillment.

-The order countdown begins once the status changes to "Accepted" (2 hours after your order is placed, the status will change from "New" to "Accepted").

-Once an order is "Accepted, it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation, and changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages, as we fulfill them from different warehouses. Rest assured, there are no additional shipping charges because of items sourced from separate locations. For further details, please refer to our shipping policy.

*Remember: we do not accept returns based on Buyers Remorse.
